We are AZA Import & Export Co., LLC. (in United States) and Algodonera Zapata S.A. de C.V. (in Mexico) two companies that share the same goal. To provide our textile customers with the best cotton and by-products, offering the highest quality service and always thoughtful to the comments of our customers. We always provide the best option for them, according to their needs and requirements. We perfectly know the cotton areas, and this helps us to know the quality of each location.
We are committed to constantly update and train ourselves so we may continue to be offering and giving the best to our clients. We have experience in the cotton futures market related to options and futures contracts in the NY market. We also have extensive knowledge of Cotton international classification.
About us
In each of our contracts, we seek to provide first quality customer service with the commitment and dedication that has characterized us for many years.
We have a Re-gin factory located in Gomez Palacio, Durango, Mexico in which we process the cotton gin motes, according to market demand, this allows us to have a wide range of products for the textile industry and promote the consumption of ecological raw materials. Our US purchases are mainly from Texas, Memphis, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama, while our Mexican purchases are mainly from La Laguna, Chihuahua, Mexicali, Sinaloa, Sonora and Tamaulipas.

HISTORY
AZA Import & Export Co., LLC. was born in 2018, as need to be present it the US due to the increasing business we were having to make purchases and exporting to foreign countries.
AZA Import & Export Co., LLC. is part of Algodonera Zapata S.A. de C.V.
Algodonera Zapata S.A. de C.V. was named in honor to the Mexican hero Emiliano Zapata, who fought for the land of the peasants, a portion of this land was for cotton crop.
We have experience of almost 40 years as Cotton merchants and their by-products, and we are always adapting to the constant changes demanded by the market.

Algodonera Zapata S.A. de C.V. participated creating the Mexican cotton standard in Mexico City in 1999.
Algodonera Zapata S.A. de C.V. is a 100% family-owned company established in February 1985 located in Torreon, Coahuila. Over the years it has inherited and adopted the passion and tradition in the Cotton business.
